The Volkswagen T-Cross is a subcompact crossover SUV launched in 2019, built on the MQB A0 platform shared with the Polo Mk6. It is Volkswagen's first entry into the compact SUV segment, designed for practicality, versatility, and urban driving. The T-Cross measures 4,235 mm in length with a 2,551 mm wheelbase, offering a spacious interior for five passengers and a boot capacity ranging from 385 to 1,281 liters with seats folded. It features a high seating position typical of SUVs and includes advanced safety and driver assistance systems such as Front Assist with pedestrian monitoring, City Emergency Braking, Lane Assist, Blind Spot Detection, and optional adaptive cruise control. The vehicle also boasts premium connectivity with up to four USB ports, wireless smartphone charging, and a digital cockpit display. Manufactured in Spain for Europe and adapted versions produced in China and Brazil, the T-Cross combines stylish design with functionality, making it a practical and modern choice in the small SUV market.
